Assembly Instructions
Lay the main frame assembly down on a flat surface. Elevate frame approximately 2 inches off the surface with 2 x 4 blocks.
After removing Winch drum, set Winch onto frame with capstan facing forward and set Winch into place using guide pins. Finish by installing the 2 square U-bolts around the main frame and into the slots on the rear of Winch.
Install U-bolt nuts and tighten securely.
Re-install Winch drum and handle.

 Place boom tube and head assembly on a flat surface as shown in picture. |
 Remove clip, and 2 washers and Clevis pin from rear pulley assembly. (See illustration) |
 Slide head assembly into boom yoke as shown. Install Clevis pin thru all 3 parts and secure with clip. |
After assembling the head, insert the front boom into the main frame as shown in picture....upper left. Install locking pin. Unit is now ready to begin wire pull. |
