Set-up Instructions

As the old
saying goes...

Let's Start...
First...Remove the steel locking pin from Porta~Pull's front tube assembly. This will allow you to extend the telescopic tube held within the main frame.
Time: 20 Seconds
Next...
Extend the Boom.
Position the Porta~Pull as shown and extend the boom and pivoting head up to the conduit connector height inside the electrical panel.
Time: 10 Seconds
Now...
Remove lock pin from head assembly and rotate head downward until the head is parallel and in line with the conduit. Re-insert lock pin.
Place locking tab into connector opening.
Don't forget to
Tighten the knob.
Time: 20 Seconds
Lastly...
Bring the pulling rope down and around the capstan. Finish by bringing the rope back up to and around the Right angle sheave.
Time: 10 Seconds
Start pulling....
Usually in less than
a minute!
