Shipping and Returns

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with a PortaPull wire pulling product or accessory, simply contact customer service to request a return authorization within the 3 business day trial period for a full refund (including shipping and return shipping). The trial period begins the day your product is shipped from our warehouse to you. The following restrictions apply:

 

 

  1. Overweight items cannot be returned for refund under our “3-Business Day Money Back Guarantee.”
  2. Shipping is only refunded for products shipped in the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
  3. Please contact Customer Service either by calling 1-863-421-4368 or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to receive a Return Authorization Number within ten business days of the date your order is shipped from our warehouse. Please make sure to provide your name and invoice number and a brief description of the reason(s) for the return.
  4. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.
  5. Returned products must be in “saleable” condition (as determined by PortaPull in its sole discretion). All original accessories and factory packaging must be included, complete with unmarked manuals. Components that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence will be assessed a fee in order to restore the unit to “saleable” condition. PortaPull reserves the right to deduct this fee from your refund.
  6. PortaPull will pay the cost of return shipments that are shipped via UPS regular ground shipping. Return shipments must be tendered to the shipper within 1 week after the Return Authorization Number is issued.
  7. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from return shipping. We recommend you insure the package in case of theft, damage or loss by the shipping carrier.
  8. After we receive your returned product in accordance with all of these terms, it will be inspected and a credit will be issued to the same credit card account within 10 days of receipt of your returned product.
  9. No refund will be given for items that do not meet our return conditions.
  10. This offer may be cancelled at any time, but such cancellation will not affect orders placed while the offer is still in effect and returned in accordance with these Return Conditions.
